Warranty repair and its execution by Ranoja OÜ
Ranoja OÜ mediates the manufacturer’s warranty, warranty procedures and warranty repairs for the sold goods. The length of the warranty period is defined by the manufacturer. The length of the warranty period is stated in the specification introducing the device or on the website. Ranoja OÜ is guided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the corresponding regulations when giving a guarantee.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods. In order to perform the warranty service, Ranoja OÜ has the right to demand the presentation of the purchase invoice or a copy of it and. If the purchase invoice or its copy is not submitted, Ranoja OÜ assumes the right to refuse warranty maintenance and repair. Ranoja OÜ also assumes the right to refuse a warranty repair if the product has physical damage that has occurred or was caused by the customer’s fault or carelessness and negligence; the serial number of the product is missing, damaged or illegible; the warranty period of the product has expired; additional stickers have been installed on the product, due to which the product model, serial number, production time, etc. information proving the warranty period cannot be read; the product is equipped or used with parts, components or peripherals not approved by the manufacturer for the specific application; the product has been serviced and/or repaired by a person not authorized by the manufacturer. In the case of private individuals, we are responsible for defects in the goods within 2 years. If the user of the product is a private person and uses the product for personal purposes, the seller is responsible for product defects at the end of the specified warranty period in accordance with local law. If the product is used for commercial purposes, the seller’s additional obligations are based on the agreement between you and the seller. In the case of private individuals, we are responsible for defects appearing in the goods within 2 years from the handover of the goods. In the case of a business customer, we base the manufacturer’s warranty period on 12 months. In the case of legal entities, we proceed from the manufacturer’s warranty period of 1 year, from the handover of the goods, except unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
The warranty includes the restoration of the product and its accessories in the event that the device’s performance has been interrupted due to material or manufacturing process defects during normal use, during the warranty period. The costs of the examination carried out to find out the manufacturing defect must be paid by the owner of the product, if as a result of the examination it turns out that it is not a defect caused by a manufacturing error.
The seller and the guarantor are not responsible for any damages or indirect costs arising from the use of the product, except in cases where local laws provide otherwise.
The warranty does not cover:
Departure fee to the customer
Problems caused by incorrect or inexperienced installation of the device
Problems caused by incorrect or inexperienced maintenance of the device
Problems caused by incorrect or inexperienced use of the device
Problems caused by incorrect or inexperienced storage of the device
Problems due to current strength or its fluctuation
Problems arising from the use of an unsuitable data carrier
Errors that can be removed by correction or cleaning
Errors arising in connection with the accident
Product defects caused by non-original settings – repairs
Problems caused by the use of non-original spare parts, accessories or consumables
Problems caused by using an incorrect spare part, accessory or consumable
Injuries caused during transport
Damage to packages
Exchange of consumable parts (Rubber bushings, belts, cables, gear cables, maintenance kits, etc.)
